How tall is Miles Anderson?
Miles is the second son of Major General 'Jock' and Daphne Anderson, born in Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe). In 1964 his father was sacked as head of the armed forces for his opposition to then-PM Ian Smith and the family moved to Zambia and then to Ghana. Miles traveled to England, and studied as an actor at London's Royal Academy of Dramatic Theater. Then, in 1970, he started his first RSC stint. He has had a highly successful career in theater, television and film for the next 40 years. He may be better known for his television roles as Colonel Aidan Dempsey in the Supreme Power of ITV, Roger O'Neill in the award-winning House of Cards, Terry Fox in Holby City of BBC, and Colonel Dan Fortune in the Soldier, Soldier hit show.
