Noelle was raised into a big family of three siblings, Justin, Jourdan and Nalani in New Orleans, Louisiana. Her professional training started when she auditioned successfully to the Creative Arts Center in New Orleans. She learned from experts in the industry. She soon booked parts in theatrical productions including Purlie and Dreamgirls as youngest cast member. She also carried on training with the New Orleans Ballet Assoc. Her most notable recent role, on Marvel's Cloak and Dagger, is Recurring Guest Star.
