Patrick Heusinger (born 14 February 1981) is an American actor, known for his roles in the Girlfriends ' Guide to Divorce, Gossip Girl, Royal Pains and Absentia television shows.Heusinger made his debut as young Lars in the 2005 independent-period drama movie Sweet Land, and then starred in Tie a Yellow Cord, The Nanny Diaries, and Black Swan.Heusinger is best known on tv for Lord Marcus's appearances in the CW teen series Gossip Girl, where he starred on four episodes in 2008, and Adam's Royal Pains on USA Network in 2010 and 2011. He was also in a recurring role as Max McCarthy on the first Girlfriends ' Guide to Divorce, first scripted series of Bravo TV.
