She was born on June 15, 1955 to Phyllis (Culbertson), an officer of the Peace Corps, and William Henry Draper III, who led the United Nations Development Program, in Gary, Indiana, USA.Her work on Thirtysomething (1987), The Tic Code (1998), Getting Into Heaven (2003) and The Naked Brothers Band (2007) is best known to her. In 1992 Draper married Michael Wolff, a jazz pianist. Together they have two sons, actor / musicians Nat Wolff and Alex Wolff.
