How tall is Pooja Batra?
In India Pooja Batra was born to an officer in the army and his wife. Early in her career she showed grit and determination winning several national track and field competitions. She rose to fame in 1993 when she was crowned Miss India. She soon became one of India's biggest supermodels walking the ramp at more than 250 fashion shows both in India and abroad. Pooja soon set her sights to pursue an acting career. Her first feature film Virasat (1997) sky-rocketed her to immediate stardom in 1997 with stupendous earnings from the box office and earned her critical acclaim. She won the Zee Cine Award for Best Supporting Actress for her depiction of the deceived lover in Virasat (1997), and was nominated for Best Supporting Actress at the Filmfare Awards.
