Geoffrey Royce Rojas (born May 11, 1989) is an American singer and songwriter of Dominican descent, professionally known as Prince Royce. Royce took an interest in music at an early age, and started experimenting with music and writing poetry in his teenage years. By the age of 19, Royce met Andrés Hidalgo who had become his manager.Hidalgo later introduced Royce to record producer Sergio George who, after hearing three of his demos, immediately signed him to his label.
