Rachel Hayward is a Canadian actress, born and raised in Toronto. She launched her acting career in her early 20s. As a young person, Hayward was involved in modelling and advertising, but she always felt that she would become a surgeon. She studied graphic design and fine arts at the Ontario College of Art and Design. She became a designer from there and at the same time she started acting.
