Richard Gant is an American actor (born 10 March 1944). His credits include the films Rocky V (as the George Washington Duke of Don King-esque), for which he received universal critical acclaim.Gant's other appearances include a 1989 season of Miami Vice as Battlin's Barry Gay, a possessed prosecutor in Jason Goes to Hell: Deadwood, The Big Lebowski, Babylon 5, The Final Friday (1993), Special Unit 2, L.A. Law, NYPD Blue, Living Single, Posse, Seinfeld, Friends, How I Met Your Mother, Men Don't Tell, and Charmed. For Roland Emmerich's Godzilla he had a small part as a senior naval officer. Gant also starred as Col. Buck Hinton in the 2007 comedy film, Daddy Day Camp.
