Robert Hudson Walker (13 October 1918 – 28 August 1951) was an American actor[1 ] most well-known for his performance in Strangers on a Train (1951), a thrilor play in Alfred Hitchcock, released just prior to his death.He began as a soldier of World War II with youthful boy-next-door status. One was in the Second World War since You Went Away (1944) against his first wife, Jennifer Jones. For Till the Clouds Roll By, he played Jerome Kern. He was divorced two times by 30 and suffered from alcohol and psychiatry exacerbated by his painful separation from Jones and his divorce
