How tall is Roberta Flack?
Roberta Cleopatra Flack is an American singer (born February 10, 1937). She is recognised as "The First Time Ever I Saw Your Name" for her No. 1 songs, "Eating Me Gently with His Hit," "Feel Like Makin 'Love," and "Where Is Heaven" and "The Closer I Get To You," two of her many duets with Donny Hathaway. Flack is the first solo artist to receive the Grammy Award for Album of the Year for two straight years: "The First Time Ever I Sew Your Head" won in Grammys in 1973, and "Killing Me Softly with His Song" won in Grammys in 1974. When Flack was nine, she started to take an interest in playing the piano, and Flack so excelled at classical piano during her early teens that Howard University awarded her a full music scholarship. She attended Howard University at the age of 15, making her one of the youngest students to have ever studied there.
