Ross Bagley (born December 5, 1988) is a former comedian and American actor. He is well known for his part in The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air as Nicky Banks, as well as in Independence Day as Dylan Dubrow – Hiller. He has also been playing Buckwheat in The Little Rascals. Most famous in the mid-1990s as a child actor, Bagley is best remembered for his appearance as Nicholas "Nicky" Banks on NBC's sitcom, The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, an appearance he played from September 1994 to May 1996.
