Sarah Manners (born August 25, 1975) is an English actress, known for her role as Joanna Helm in Doctors and Bex Reynolds in Casualty, a BBC soap opera.Manners began her career in 1997 and appeared in one season of the EastEnders BBC soap opera. In 2000, in the BBC soap opera Doctors, Manners was given the role of Joanna Helm. She said of her part, "I had doctors ' best stories in the world, my nan died of a brain tumor and then it came out that I killed her. I was crazy and addicted to drugs, forged signatures and tried to kill myself.
