Sean Lock (born 22 April 1963) is an English actor and comedian. He started his comedic work as a stand-up comedian, in 2000 won the British Comedy Award in the Best Live Comic category and was nominated for the Perrier Comedy Award. Lock is well known for his TV and Radio shows. He has written content for Bill Bailey, Lee Evans and Mark Lamarr, and in 2007 he was named the 55th biggest stand-up comic on Channel 4's 100 Best Stand-Ups, and again as the 19th biggest stand-up comic on the revised 2010 list.
