The Algerian actress, dancer and model is Sofia Boutella. Her daughter was born in Algeria's Bab El Oued district, Algerian jazz and composer Safy Boutella daughter, and her mother architect. When she was five years old, she started classical dance education.In 1992, when she was ten years old, she left Algeria with her family and moved to France where, at 18 years of age, she began rhythmic gymnastics. Sofia began hip hop and street dance and belonged to a band called the Vagabond Crew.
