Sophia Jane Myles was born in Hammersmith, London, England on 18 March 1980. She's got one younger brother, Oliver. Her parents are Jane and Peter Myles, who is a vicar, a priest in the Anglican Church who is in charge of a parish and who earns a fee but not the church's tenths. Her mom is involved in advertising. Sophia lived in Notting Hill and attended Fox Primary School until she was 11.At 16, Sophia appeared in Kevin Godber's school production of "Teachers." Among those present, there is Julian Fellowes, Gosford Park's Oscar winning writer (2001). Sophia was later casted in The Prince and the Pauper's BBC production (1996)
