How tall is Spike Milligan?

Spike was born in India's British Raj an ' Army Brat, ' the son of an Irish Captain. Educated at a number of Roman Catholic schools in India and Lewisham Polytechnic in England, he spent his formative years playing the fool in local jazz bands and playing the trumpet.He himself joined the British Army as a conscript at the outbreak of WWII (under protest if you believe his auto-biogs). He served as Gunner Milligan in the Royal Artillery, through the campaigns in North Africa and Italy. He got a little too close to an explosive device and was shell-shocked in hospital. He started his "true" work as an author and humourist on his escape from life in the army.
