The American singer, songwriter, rapper and actress Fergie Duhamel (born Stacy Ann Ferguson; March 27, 1975). Originally as part of the hip hop collective The Black Eyed Peas, she gained chart success. Her first solo album, The Dutchess (2006), enjoyed chart success and spawned three singles number one Billboard Hot 100: "London Bridge," "Glamorous," and "Poor Girls Don't Scream." Fergie was originally a part of the Kids Incorporated children's TV show, and the Wild Orchid girl group. She left the party in 2001, then joined The Black Eyed Peas in the next year. She collaborated on two albums together with The Black Eyed Peas before releasing her debut solo album The Dutchess in 2006.
