Susan Dey was born as Susan Hallock Dey on 10 December 1952 in Pekin, Illinois, USA. She is a writer and performer, known for The Partridge Family (1970), L.A. Legislation (1986), and Looker (1981). Since 20 February 1988 she has been married to Bernard Sofronski. Prior to this, she was married to Leonard Hirshan.Susan's sister Leslie, one of four daughters, was a model too just like her sister and the sisters worked for the same agency at one time. The girls got involved in modelling through their stepmother, Gail, who sent their pictures to a top modeling agency in New York after reading an essay on fashion modeling in Seventeen Magazine. They were signed directly by the organization in 1968.
