Susan Sarandon was born to Lenora Marie (Criscione) and Phillip Leslie Tomalin, executive advertising maker. Susan Sarandon was born in New York, NY in New York. In the movie Bill kills Susan's drug-dealer boyfriend, then befriends Joe (Peter Boyle)-- a bigot who works on an assembly line and collects guns.
