Terry Farrell was born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, on 19 November 1963. At 15, she became a foreign exchange student in Mexico and she decided to live an adventurous life in the big city from this experience. At the age of 17, she sent several photos to a modelizing agency and left high school and became a model in New York.She is most notable for her appearance as Jadzia Dax in the Star Trek TV series: Deep Space Nine (1993), but before that she had been acting. She played the leading role of Hellraiser III in the horror film of 1992: Hell on Earth.
