Tina was born in London on 16 September 1976. Tina took dance lessons as soon as she was able to kneel down. Her first job was to dance with Lionel Blair, in a panto. She then spent eight years at the London School of Arts of Science. She later featured in runway shows for Wella and the Clothes Show Live Then she was in a segment on Television, featuring more pantos and a chewing gum commercial. She later performed for Shola Ama and Toni Braxton in Top Of The Pops. She appeared and acted in a Pulp video on This Morning. Then, she joined the teen group S Club 7 when she was 22.
