Tangi is an American playwright, model and dancer who was born on 28 February 1970. In 2001 she was nominated to be a Natacp Image Award actress and is well known for Elena Tyler's role in Felicity, a popular television drama.The youngest of six children was born and brought up in Miami, Florida. In the high school Miller began acting in stage productions. She and her parents were not allowed to watch Tv when they grew up because of their parent's religion. At Alabama State University she did not plan to become an actress and wanted to become an advocate of marketing.
