Among his achievements, he is one of English pop rock band McFly's lead vocalists and rhythm guitarist, in addition to being the founder of the party.He initially auditioned and was invited into the Busted band before missing out on the spot after the Island record company thought the band would be a trio rather than a four-piece one. And he continued to compose with the band. Fletcher has written ten singles number one in the UK and twenty-five top ten songs in his thirteen year career as a successful songwriter.
