He teaches at East 15 at the University of Essex as a scholar-directing MFA theater, and is a graduate of the Actor Management Program Conservatory at the University of Utah. Whit started his career in Los Angeles , California at age three.He is co - owner of the independent film company, Sneak Strike, and artistic director of The Stage Norm, a London-based theatre. He is the brother of Chelsea Hertford (Major Dad (1989), American Beauty (1999) and Brighton Hertford (1963) and The Job and the Glory (2004) respectively.
