Yvonne Furneaux (born 11 May 1928) is a former French actress in the film industry. Furneaux was born to a French mother and English father, Elisabeth Yvonne Scatcherd; moved to England in 1946 to study Modern Languages at St Hilda's College, Oxford, where she became known as "Tessa Scatcherd." She started her acting career with a pair of small productions in England in 1952. She was married to Jacques Natteau who died April 17, 2007. She is retired from playing, and lives in Lausanne, Switzerland.
