Connagh Joseph "C. J. de Mooi" (born on 5 November 1969 by Andrew Paul Booth) is a British professional quizzer and television personality. He first appeared as one of five founding members of the eponymous squad of the series on tv game show Eggheads in 2003. De Mooi revealed in December 2011, that he had officially quit Eggheads to pursue an acting career. Before August 2012, he appeared in televised episodes, and was replaced by Dave Rainford on series.
