How tall is David Keith?
David Lemuel Keith was born in Knoxville, Tennessee, the son of Lemuel Grady Keith Jr., and Hilda Earle, on May 8, 1954. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Speech and Theater from the University of Tennessee. Keith played a supporting role in The Rose (1979), with Bette Midler, retained a supporting role in Brubaker (1980), and co-starred in An Officer and a Gentlemen (1982) with Richard Gere.In The Great Santini (1979), he portrayed a neighborhood criminal, appeared in The Lords of Control (1983) and White of the Hand (1987), and retained a popular supporting role alongside Matthew McConaughey in U-571 (2000). He starred in the science fiction horror film Firestarter (1984), opposite Drew Barrymore, and in Running Wild (1995) opposite Brooke Shields and Martin Sheen.
