How tall is Shirley Henderson?
Shirley Henderson, the youngest of three children, was born in the village of Kincardine in Fife, Scotland to a working-class family. She sang locally and played in school drama clubs as a teenager. The first break came when she saw a vocalist on the 1956 TV program Opportunity Knocks and decided to do so. At the Butlins Holiday Camp she entered, won and graduated from there to local music club gigs. The Guildhall School of Music and Drama was later accepted by Government. She performed at the English National Theater Company and played with Robert Carl, co-star of future Trainspotting (1996), on British TV Hamish Macbeth (1995).
