How tall was Terence Cooper?

Terence Cooper was born in Carnmoney, County Antrim, Northern Ireland, on 5 July 1933. Best for Casino Royale (1967), No Way Out (1987), and Walk a Tightrope (1964), he was an actor and producer. He was getting Julie and Lyn together. He died in Cairns, Queensland, Australia on 16 September 1997. In the 1980s he ran a popular Auckland restaurant called 'Trouper Cooper's Curry House,' resulting in two cookbooks published by William Collins Publishers, 'The Parnell Cook Book' in 1980 and 'Trouper Cooper's Curry Cookbook' in 1982.
